The process took longer than expected because it was happening during the holidays but overall, everything turned out great! Rick was wonderful! I did the inspection first with the insurance’s adjuster. Later on, I met Rick’s team.
They were very thorough with the inspection pointing to little details that I missed but of course, the other adjuster wouldn’t bring up. No offense to the other adjuster but of course, he is on his company’s side, not on my side. I am just glad that I sought Rick’s help. He was able to collect way more than what I could have gotten if I dealt with it alone.
Don’t deal with insurance adjusters without consulting Rick. He is your weapon so insurance can’t take advantage of you. You need someone who will look out for you and that’s Rick’s team. My house was restored to it’s original and was able to do better upgrades.
