We woke up to a waterlogged living room. Slab Leak, Ugh! We called our insurance company who came out and sent a restoration company. After they were done, they left us with holes in our walls and huge fans which ran for 3 days.
Our insurance company’s claim adjuster gave us a check that was just enough to replace the floor and some of the plumbing. That left us to cover damage that was done to the kitchen cabinets, the tile floor in the kitchen as well as the dry wall. It looked like a bomb went off in our house with all the holes in the walls.
We went to a nearby cabinet shop where we met a nice lady who said Rick from Adjust Right helped her with her claim and that we should give him a call. We thought “why not,” and called him. He came out the next day, looked at the damage and told us he would take care of us.
He fought and battled our insurance company and when he was through, we ended up getting enough to redo all of the plumbing, replace the floor and get a brand new kitchen!
I have told several friends about Rick who had similar problems with their insurance company low balling on a claim and he came through for them too.
Rick knows his stuff and I can’t be more appreciative of how he helped us through terrible times. I would recommend him to anyone.
